Your enquiry may be accessed by authorised KERNEXOIL staff, including our secretary, who help handle enquiries, and by service providers used to receive or process enquiries on our behalf. They should receive only information needed for those tasks.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, discuss or manage a potential order, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise it in line with KERNEXOIL’s records-retention policy.
